The Frankie dashboard.

Your calendar, the emails waiting on you, your routines and a small companion who checks in on how you're going, all on one page. It started as mine. Now I'm making a version you can have for your own day.

Why I built it

I'm good at keeping going. I can run on very little for weeks and not notice how far I've gone until I'm close to burnout.

The signs are usually there well before that. The breaks go first, then the walks, and checking in with myself drops off the list without me noticing.

If you're the one holding everything together, those signs can be easy to miss too. That's why I built a dashboard with Claude, for my own days, with everything I need in one place and a small companion to notice for me.

What's on mine.

What yours includes is still being worked out.

I built it for the mornings.

When there's a lot to keep on top of, the start of the day is often where it piles up. The calendar, the emails, the bills and the to-do you half remember all arrive at once, and it's easy to get stuck before you've really begun.

With everything that needs me on one page, I can see what matters first and start from there.

For workplaces

Want one built for your workplace?

The same idea can be set up for a team, with the things your people need to keep on top of in one place, laid out the way they think and work. It won't look exactly like mine, because it's shaped around the people using it.

I build these through Kylie Gillin, my other business.

Frankie's check-in

A few times a day, Frankie checks in. She spins a feelings wheel, I pick the feeling that fits, and it's saved.

Over a week I can see how my days are really going, often before I'd have noticed it myself. Every feeling is welcome.

Small Shifts, Big Impact

Room for the habits you're building.

I'm building it with a place for the habit you're working on, so it sits on the same page as the rest of your day rather than becoming one more thing to remember. It might be one you've picked from Small Shifts, Big Impact, or one of your own. One habit at a time is plenty.
