The Coaching Process
01. Initial Connection (Complimentary)
A 15-minute conversation to discuss your wellbeing vision and determine if we're the right fit for working together.
02. Foundation Session (90 minutes)
A comprehensive assessment of your current wellbeing landscape, identifying key patterns and priorities, and establishing our initial focus areas.
03. Integration Sessions (45-60 minutes)
Regular sessions combining coaching, education, and practice to build your personalised wellbeing toolkit. Each session includes:
- Review of your progress and insights
- Targeted exploration of specific wellbeing challenges
- Introduction of new tools and techniques
- Mind-body practices tailored to your needs
- Actionable next steps
All coaching includes:
- Personalised action plans following each session
- Email support between sessions
- Resources tailored to your specific needs
