What to Expect
Join this 90-minute practice dedicated to nervous system restoration, facilitated by Kylie Gillin. With many hours of specialised training in nervous system regulation and Polyvagal theory, Kylie creates a safe and invitational environment for deep rest and restoration.
The session opens with 15 minutes of mindful mobilising movement to prepare your body to pause in restorative shapes aimed at your parasympathetic nervous system, held between 4-6 minutes. Throughout this invitational practice, you'll be offered vagal nerve breathing techniques to support your autonomic nervous system regulation.
This practice by candlelight supports your body's innate capacity for healing, repair, and restoration.
